What is Kväve+?
Kväve+ is Jordliv's biological nitrogen solution — a granular soil amendment containing Azotobacter chroococcum, one of the most efficient free-living nitrogen-fixing bacteria in agricultural science. Applied to soil, these bacteria capture atmospheric nitrogen (N₂) and convert it into plant-available forms, reducing dependency on synthetic nitrogen fertilizers. Beyond nitrogen fixation, Azotobacter chroococcum produces natural plant hormones — auxins and cytokinins — that stimulate root development and early plant growth.

How to Apply
Soil amendment at planting: Mix 10-20 g per m2 into top 5-10 cm of soil before planting or sowing
Per plant application: Apply 5-10 g directly to root zone or planting hole at transplanting
Lawn: Broadcast 20-30 g/m2, water thoroughly after application
Field crops: 20-30 kg/ha, mixed into seed row or broadcast before cultivation
Important: Do not mix with bactericidal treatments or high-dose copper fungicides. Apply minimum 2 weeks apart to preserve colony viability.
